Hello, and thanks for your desire to learn more about me. My name is Ara Megerdichian. I’m a retired military officer with over twenty-eight years of leadership and management experience in organizations ranging in size from 40 to 2500.
As a military officer (retired in 2009) I was very fortunate to serve in a variety of leadership capacities ranging from an Airborne Ranger Platoon Leader, an Instructor at the United States Military Academy, the Executive Officer and Operations Officer of a 2500-soldier regiment, and the chair of the department of ROTC at Montana State University.
Since retirement, in the private sector, I’ve been a full or part owner of four successful startups while serving as a strategic management and leadership consultant to numerous small to mid-size businesses, non-profits, and academic institutions.
Additionally, since retirement, I’ve served in non-profit ministry positions ranging from youth work to assistant pastor and head pastor.
My educational credentials include a Master of Science Degree in Strategic Management from Indiana University’s Kelly School of Business; a Master of Education Degree from the University of Georgia; a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and Criminology from Purdue University; a leadership degree from the Army’s Command and General Staff College; and numerous Army leadership schools. Additionally, I’m currently an MBA candidate at Indiana University’s Kelly School of Business.
I am truly passionate about being able to make a difference in the lives of individuals, teams, and organizations. My entire vision for Endeavor Solutions is to bring the combination of a successful military career, a unique spectrum of work experience, an extensive knowledge base, and a solid team network to bear in helping small to mid-size companies, non-profit organizations, executives, and teams not only reach their strategic and operational goals but to truly build a culture of excellence.
My true desire is that you fulfill your purpose.
While I have been called a master coach and mentor I also know I’m only as good as my last mission so I’m continuously striving to grow, learn, and find better ways of using my experience to help individuals and management teams chart their journey: I’m excited to learn more about you and how I can help you make a difference.
